They are ideal to use with both edible and non-edible materials including: sugar paste, petal paste, rolled fondants, gum paste, marzipan. This Heart Plunger Cutter set includes of 4 sizes. 1) Roll out the paste 2-3 mm thick. 2)Place the cutter on the top of the rolled out paste and apply pressure on the plunger with your hand, then eject. 3) Remove the excess paste from around the cutter and turn over. 4) Tap the heart gently on your work surface or use a soft brush to gently remove the paste. 5) Secure your heart to your cake, cupcake or cookie with water to edible glue.
